![]() A large factor deteriorating the health of our rivers is the presence of Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS), mainly Himalayan Balsam and Japanese Knotweed. The presence of these plants can be detrimental to our native species; with their ability to rapidly spread and grow they easily drown out suitable areas for other species to inhabit. The removal of INNS is a goal within our 'Adopt a Tributary Project' in which we need your help. |
