Nod y prosiect hwn yw gwella cyflwr Afon Teifi yn uniongyrchol, sy\u2019n Ardal Cadwraeth Arbennig ddynodedig, trwy leihau mewnbynnau ffosffad a gwella ansawdd d\u0175r wrth warchod ein treftadaeth naturiol \u2013 yr afon, a\u2019r eogiaid, sewin, llysywod, glas y dorlan, dyfrgwn, a rhywogaethau eraill sy&#8217;n byw ynddo. Ariennir y prosiect hwn gan y Rhaglen Rhwydweithiau Natur sy\u2019n cael ei darparu gan y Gronfa Dreftadaeth, ar ran Llywodraeth Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ystod o brosiectau defnydd tir trefol a gwledig yn cael eu darparu drwy\u2019r prosiect hwn, ond yn y blog hwn byddwn yn trafod yr elfennau gwaith fferm yr ydym yn eu cyflawni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Ymddiriedolaeth Afonydd Gorllewin Cymru wedi cynnal \u2018Asesiadau Seilwaith Fferm\u2019 yn ddiweddar ar 12 fferm ar hyd Afon Teifi.
