Wedi\u2019i ddatblygu gyda mewnbwn gan dros 300 o bobl o fewn cymunedau lleol, mae\u2019r cynllun yn nodi gweledigaeth a rennir ar gyfer dyfodol yr afon\u2014un sy\u2019n blaenoriaethu iechyd ecolegol, rheolaeth gynaliadwy, a chyfranogiad cymunedol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Afon Teifi, un o ddyfrffyrdd mwyaf eiconig Cymru, yn cynnal bywyd gwyllt amrywiol, yn chwarae rhan mewn bywoliaeth leol, ac mae ganddi arwyddoc\u00e2d diwylliannol a hanesyddol dwfn. Fodd bynnag, fel llawer o afonydd, mae\u2019n wynebu pwysau cynyddol yn sgil llygredd, newid yn yr hinsawdd, a defnydd tir anghynaliadwy.
